We're on the hunt for a founding full-stack engineer to help us bring Talent Llama to the next level. This isn't your typical coding gig — you'll be diving in headfirst, shaping our platform from the ground up, and working across all parts of the stack. Must-Have Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Eagerness to engage hands-on with both front-end and back-end development tasks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Familiarity with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
